INDOOR GENERAL WORKOUT
A challenging workout that makes exercise more fun than kids can
believe. Equipment such as Swiss balls, safe indoor balloon balls,
dyna–bands for resistance training, fitness dice, agility
ladders and much much more.


BOXING (non-contact)
Traditional boxing moves are taught to help develop
agility, coordination and cardiovascular fitness. (Jump ropes also
used.)

KICKBOXING (non-contact)
A combination of the fundamentals of boxing and martial arts.

MARTIAL ARTS
Various forms of martial arts are introduced in a safe and encouraging
way. Helps teach both physical and mental discipline, along with
concentration, confidence, focus and flexibility.


STRENGTH
TRAINING
If a building’s gym is available proper weight equipment
will be used to help increase muscle balance and coordination, and
improved body composition.

SPORT SPECIFIC SKILLS
Includes an inspiring mix or specific concentration of a variety
of drills for sports such as baseball, basketball, football.

YOGA
In this session the children are guided through basic yoga postures,
breathing, and relaxation techniques. Designed to increase attention,
focus and concentration.

ENERGETIC JUNIORS GROUPS
(at your location)
These classes offer a stimulating, fun mix of all Energetic programs.
Lots of fitness games are used, along with “tons” of
entertaining equipment. Appropriate educational handouts are provided.


ENERGETIC
JUNIORS PARK WORKOUT
The most fun a child could have...balls, hoops, cones and the excitement
and pleasure of just pure physical activity through games. Non-stop
physical activity from the moment the trainer leaves with the child
from your home to the second they are brought back to your door.

HIP-HOP JAZZ
A fun combination of hip-hop moves and jazz movements taken from
various styles.

NUTRITIONAL
COUNSELING
IN YOUR HOME
(conducted by
a Registered Dietitian)
A balanced diet is essential to maintain optimal health for all
individuals, children as well as adults. There are some needs that
are specific to children and our qualified dietitian address them.
The counseling is done in a very informal and child friendly approach
to put the child or teen at ease and maximize benefits.

PILATES MAT CLASS
Flexibility and strength are gained through this sequence of floor
exercises, taught by certified Pilates instructors.
